Guides › Financial Advisor Fees
Updated September 18, 2026. Quick answer: $50,000 for Wealth Management. Fidelity Wealth Management’s own Form ADV Part 2A brochure states this figure directly, though the firm can waive or reduce it at its own discretion. At that minimum, Fidelity Wealth Management’s own published fee schedule works out to $750 a year.
The minimum, in the firm’s own words
“The Program’s minimum investment starts at $50,000 per Program Account.”
On waivability: “Strategic Advisers can, in its sole discretion, change or waive an identified Program minimum at any time. Program Accounts that fall below a required minimum can be removed from the Program. Once the client has agreed to the terms of the Program Client Agreement, the client will have 120 days to fund the Program Account with the applicable minimum investment.”

$50,000 sits inside Fidelity’s first band (accounts at or below $500,000 pay a flat 1.50%, capped at $6,250): $50,000 x 1.50% = $750.
Fidelity Wealth Management’s own fee schedule at other balances
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $3,750 |
| $500,000 | $6,250 |
| $1,000,000 | $11,750 |
| $2,000,000 | $20,750 |
What else to know
Fidelity’s separate Private Wealth Management tier, a higher service level for larger relationships, requires $2,000,000 plus $10,000,000 in investable assets, instead of the $50,000 shown here for standard Wealth Management.
What a larger account would cost
The minimum is only the entry point. On a $500,000 account, Fidelity Wealth Management’s own published fee schedule runs $6,250 a year; see the full dollar breakdown from Fidelity Wealth Management’s own fee disclosure across several account sizes.

Methodology. This page was built September 18, 2026, quoting directly from Fidelity Wealth Management’s own current Form ADV Part 2A / wrap-fee brochure, with the source linked above. The annual-fee-at-the-minimum figure applies that same brochure’s own published fee schedule to the disclosed minimum dollar amount; any distinction we could not independently confirm this session is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the firm’s own Form ADV Part 2A.
