What SignatureFD’s own fee schedule charges
SignatureFD generally requires a minimum of $2,000,000 in assets under its management to begin a wealth management engagement; the figures below show what the firm’s own published fee schedule would compute at each balance shown, including three below that stated minimum.
“SignatureFD’s annual investment advisory fee for wealth management services is based upon a percentage of the market value of the assets placed under SignatureFD’s management as follows: … A client must generally place a minimum of $2 million of assets under SignatureFD’s management for a wealth management engagement. Additionally, SignatureFD imposes a minimum annual fee of $15,000 for its wealth management Services ($3,750 each quarter).”
SignatureFD’s schedule charges 1.00% on the first $5,000,000 and 0.50% above that, with a stated $15,000 minimum annual fee; at $250,000, $500,000 and $1,000,000 the 1.00% first-bracket rate ($2,500 / $5,000 / $10,000) is below the $15,000 floor, so the floor applies; at $2,000,000, 2,000,000 x 0.01 = $20,000, above the floor.
| Account balance | Annual fee |
|---|---|
| $250,000 | $15,000 |
| $500,000 | $15,000 |
| $1,000,000 | $15,000 |
| $2,000,000 | $20,000 |

Registration
SignatureFD, LLC is registered with the SEC as an investment adviser (CRD #112758, confirmed ACTIVE this session via SEC IAPD).
This is a registration confirmation only, not a fiduciary-standard verdict (a registered investment adviser can still be a dual registrant with a broker-dealer, which changes which standard applies in each capacity). For the fiduciary-standard question itself, see the fiduciary-status page for SignatureFD.
What it costs to leave
SignatureFD, LLC’s Form ADV Part 2A returns the pro-rated portion of any advance-paid fee on termination, with no separate exit fee of its own. SignatureFD’s own brochure recommends Schwab and Fidelity; Schwab’s standard outgoing-transfer fee is $50.

Methodology. This page was built September 28, 2026, drawing directly on SignatureFD’s own current fee brochure, linked above, and a fresh SEC IAPD registration check run the same day. As of September 28, 2026, this site publishes a fiduciary-status page and a minimum-investment page for SignatureFD; where the exit-fee page already exists it is linked above and drawn from that already-sourced page. Any fact we could not independently confirm is named as an honest gap rather than presented as verified. Nothing here is personalized financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and it is not a substitute for reading SignatureFD’s own Form ADV Part 2A and Form CRS. We have not used SignatureFD as a client. SignatureFD did not pay for, review, or influence this content. See our Editorial Policy, Corrections, Affiliate Disclosure, and Disclaimer.
