Clear Money Guide acts as an independent affiliate of HighLevel and not as HighLevel itself. If you follow a paid link to HighLevel, HighLevel and its affiliate platform may use cookies or referral parameters to attribute a purchase, and Clear Money Guide may earn a commission.
Paid-search and affiliate click matching
When a visitor uses our solar-kit matcher and chooses to leave Clear Money Guide for A1 SolarStore, we may record a pseudonymous 20-character click reference together with advertising click identifiers (such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID), UTM or Google Ads ValueTrack campaign fields, the broad matcher result, the destination host and path, and operational timestamps or retry counts. The matcher ledger does not store the visitor’s name, email address, phone number, street address, free-form answers, raw referrer, full landing URL, raw IP address, or user agent. An IP-derived value may be processed temporarily to limit automated abuse, but the raw IP address is not stored in this ledger.
We use this limited record to measure paid-search performance, diagnose the matcher and outbound handoff, attribute an A1 SolarStore purchase to the correct Clear Money Guide visit, reconcile affiliate commissions, and, where eligible, manually report an offline purchase conversion to Google Ads. A1 SolarStore receives the pseudonymous reference and campaign tags through the sponsored outbound link. Google Ads may receive the applicable advertising click identifier, purchase time, transaction or order identifier, commission value and currency, and later adjustment information. We use the Clear Money Guide affiliate commission—not the customer’s order total—as the conversion value.
Our target retention period for the Clear Money Guide solar-matcher click ledger is 120 days. Purging is an administrator-initiated process rather than an automatic schedule. Hosting backups may retain copies for their normal backup lifecycle, and A1 SolarStore, Google Analytics, and Google Ads apply their own retention practices. Optional Meta advertising measurement
On our stairlift quote-request page, you may choose whether to allow optional Meta advertising measurement. If you allow it and your request is successfully sent to the provider, we may use the Meta Pixel in your browser and a server-side Conversions API backup to report that a quote request was submitted. These reports may share the submission time, page address, browser and device information, IP address, Meta click and cookie identifiers, and the same opaque event reference with Meta to measure advertising and help deliver relevant ads without counting the browser and server reports twice. We do not include the form’s name, email, phone number, street address, ZIP code or staircase answers in this Meta event, and we do not enable automatic contact matching. Your choice is separate from permission for the provider to contact you: declining measurement does not prevent a quote request. You can change the Meta measurement preference on the quote page; withdrawal stops future optional measurement but does not undo data already sent. Meta processes information under its privacy policy.
Sharing and retention
- We do not sell directory placement, advisor rankings, or editorial coverage on local guide pages.
- We may share limited information with service providers that help operate the site, analyze traffic, secure the site, or process affiliate/referral tracking.
- We may retain messages, analytics, logs, and operational records for as long as reasonably needed for site operations, security, legal, accounting, or business purposes.
Your choices
- You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies, though some site features or attribution may not work as expected.
- You can choose not to submit personal information through contact forms or third-party links.

Security, children, and updates
We use reasonable measures to operate and protect the site, but no website or transmission method is perfectly secure. Clear Money Guide is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the site, tools, affiliate relationships, or legal requirements change.

Referral requests
Some pages let you ask us to connect you with a specific provider — for example, requesting a stairlift home survey. When you complete such a form and give consent, Clear Money Guide transmits the information you entered to that provider so it can contact you about your request, and we may earn a referral fee if a purchase results. We record the version of the consent text you agreed to and when. While a submission is pending delivery, your details are stored encrypted; after successful delivery they are purged from our systems within a short retention window, with only non-identifying reference codes kept for reconciliation. We do not sell this information or use it for any other purpose.
Facebook and Instagram quote-request forms
If you submit our native Facebook or Instagram stairlift quote form and agree to the named contact request, Clear Money Guide uses Make as a delivery service to send your name, email, phone number, installation address, staircase choice and contact-consent record to Acorn Stairlifts. Acorn uses those details to call or email you about your requested free home survey or quote. We also process the form, Page, ad and lead identifiers and submission time to deliver the request, prevent duplicate delivery and reconcile its outcome. We do not use this delivery connection to upload website advertising events or a separate contact list to Meta.
Contact details and the contact-disclosure record held in our native-delivery system are encrypted and scheduled for deletion after seven days. The separate encrypted native lead-identifier lookup is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. Operational referral records, source-ad identifiers, consent versions and pseudonymous duplicate-prevention records may be retained longer for reconciliation and to prevent repeat delivery. Make retains execution payload logs and may retain pending or failed deliveries for processing, troubleshooting and recovery under its own retention and access controls. Hosting backups and Acorn, Meta and Make follow their own retention practices. Meta processes the form interaction under its privacy policy; Make handles delivery under its privacy notice. Optional ChatGPT ad measurement
Optional: I agree that Clear Money Guide may share limited ad-click and quote-request information with OpenAI only if Acorn books my home survey, to help improve ads. My contact details and form answers aren’t shared. This won’t affect my quote request. If you select this optional checkbox, Clear Money Guide may send OpenAI the original ad-click reference, a random event ID, this quote page’s address and the original time your successful quote request was submitted—but only after Acorn confirms your home survey is booked and within seven days of the request. We do not send your name, contact details, address, form answers or commission information. The private click-reference lookup is encrypted at rest and expires within eight days of your visit. Uncheck before submitting to withdraw. After submitting, use the privacy-policy contact channel to withdraw before reporting; already reported events cannot be recalled. This choice is separate from permission for Acorn to contact you and is not required to request a quote.
The private ad-click-reference lookup is encrypted at rest and expires no later than eight days after the visit. Expired references are unavailable for measurement and removed by retention cleanup. Operational IDs and reporting states may remain without the click reference to prevent duplicate reporting. No OpenAI advertising pixel is added. Use the contact channel in this policy to request withdrawal before reporting; already reported events cannot be recalled by this integration.
