DC battery cables are not included. The batteries are indoor/IP20 even though the inverter enclosure is outdoor-rated. Panels, labor, mounting and other site-specific installation equipment are separate.

Will this run my home during an outage?
That depends on your loads, available battery discharge power, inverter output and how the system is installed. kWh measures stored energy; kW measures power at one time. Neither the battery capacity nor the product title guarantees whole-home backup. Have an installer confirm your essential circuits, surge loads and backup configuration.
How do I check battery and inverter compatibility?
Use the exact model numbers—not just a “48V” label. Check the manufacturer’s supported battery/inverter combinations, operating voltage, communication requirements and accessories. For bundles, confirm the retailer’s complete component list and the site-specific parts your installer needs.
What if I need solar panels or a complete installation?
The featured products here are storage equipment. They do not include solar panels or installation. A full project also needs design, appropriate wiring and protection, mounting, local approvals and any grid-connection work. Decide that scope with a qualified installer before buying; these bundles are not an all-parts-included installation package.
What happens after I choose a product?
