What does the price include?
Prices shown are base PDF plan packages in US dollars, not a finished home. Editable CAD packages and optional features cost extra. See the exact product at Truoba for current pricing, package details and your checkout total.
How do I use the 10% discount?
Copy Z2SHPLWWGU and enter it at Truoba checkout. It is not automatically applied. Review the discount and final total before purchasing. The code can also credit Clear Money Guide for your purchase.
Can I build these plans in my area?
Local review is required. Truoba states that a local licensed structural engineer must review and stamp the plans. Local codes, climate, site conditions and permits can require additional work. These services are not included in the plan price.
Can I change or return a plan?
Truoba can quote custom changes before purchase. A plan licenses one home, and sales are nonrefundable. First-order exchanges within 30 days carry a 30% fee plus any price difference. Confirm current terms directly with Truoba before buying.
